Banked hours for Retainer Packages
Banked Hours
The added benefit of the high Retainer packages include the benefit of being able to bank hours from the current month.
With this, if the Retainer Package has 35 hours and you only use 25 hours for the current month then the remaining 10 hours are not lost and wasted. a portion of the un-used hours are automatically added to the following months hours.
Basic Retainer
30% of the un-used hours are Banked (carried forward) to the next month at no additional charge.
Standard Retainer
75% of the un-used hours are Banked (Carried forward) to the next month at no additional charge
Premium Retainer
100% of the un-used hours are Banked (Carried forward) to the next month at no additional charge (up to 40% of the total hours under the package).
Note:
All the Banked hours used for the following month only apply to the similar retainer package. e.g. using the hours banked on a Premium Retainer package cannot be used on a Standard Retainer Package.
Banked Hours can be held over for a known busy period coming up in the project. e.g. hours for month 2 can be banked and used in month 4 when the project starts on a complex portion of project. i.e. moving from bulk earthworks in Month 2 to construction retaining walls, placing road pavements and erecting structures in month 4 when the size of the crew and amount of plant signifaicantly increase.
